We’re a community-driven group fitness studio with a twist – no workout is the same, we believe in positive reinforcement, and we have fun doing it! Our experienced coaches are here to share a wealth of fitness knowledge with Phoenix athletes, with the goal of making you stronger, faster, and healthier. All classes are designed from scratch by Head Coach, Beth Bishop, and Programming Director, Kristin Vallacher. Meet the rest of the team here.


Each week brings a new set of challenges and exercises so that our athletes stay engaged and challenged. While all Phoenix workouts are full-body workouts, each week also features a carefully planned focus or theme to maximize the results. Every class is different.

Phoenix workouts are the result of meticulous programming based on real science and the latest research. Our knowledge is used to give you better, more effective workouts with incredible results. Just ask our athletes!

We also offer a functional mobility class, FIX, to improve range of motion, flexibility, and address postural problems. We developed our FIX programming with a neuromuscular therapist (who’s also one of our coaches!), with the goal of empowering athletes to learn about taking care of their bodies.
