YES! Whether you've never lifted a weight in your life before or you're a professional athlete, we can help you! Our personal training programs are not one-size-fits-all & are individually designed to help you with your specific needs and goals.
No! We adapt to your resources and lifestyle. While gym memberships are very helpful, it is not necessary to see fitness success. Each program is based on what you have available. For clients with home gyms, we will build the program with all of your equipment in mind. We do encourage clients to make modest investments in resistance bands, stability balls, or other apparatus that will add benefits to and accelerate reaching your potential.
YES! This program is IDEAL for anyone who is on the go or pressed for time. Our sessions can be conducted anywhere! You'll see all the same results with an in-person trainer and get the support you need wherever you may be!
Depending on the type of injury and the stage of healing, we can work with your physician or physical therapist to create programs that limit or avoid stress to the affected site. Our PT program also focuses on corrective exercise strategies to improve mobility, joint stabilization, connective tissue strength, and flexibility.
We will gladly roll over any unused sessions in the event of an illness to the next month with a doctor's note. In the event of a long-term illness, we will also hold your sessions until you are ready to work out again as permitted by your doctor.
